After the success of the first virtual edition, Netcomm Forum Live returns on 7 and 8 October to showcase the most important innovations in the digital commerce industry.

Protocube Reply will be officially part of the Netcomm Forum Live programme with the Virtual Interactive Showroom workshop: the “new normal” approach for the presentation and sale of products.

The workshop, held by Daria Tirone, will present the methods, solutions and technologies that can support brands and event organisers in their online presence, to implement long-lasting business solutions integrated into company processes, beyond the contingency of the COVID-19 emergency.

Social distancing and new buying habits, restrictions on movement, travel times and costs have prompted companies to reconsider the methods of online engagement and purchase both in the B2C and B2B fields. In the Fashion and Luxury industry, brands must quickly redesign their approach to the presentation of collections and sales, trying to involve and retain their customers, as well as gaining new contacts.

Involving online users is a constant task for the marketing and sales departments of companies, which are increasingly involved in ensuring the operational functions of e-commerce whilst transmitting the identity and distinctive values of the brand. To make the online experience effective, it is necessary to come up with new ways of interacting and browsing, which can leverage the full potential of 3D technologies for the creation and virtualisation of environments and products.
